An argument in a Miami grocery store ends with one man in a coma.

The punch that sent a man to the hospital was sparked by a man cutting the line.

Mohammad Hussein fell to the floor after being punched, while the man ran out of the store.

Police said Hussein confronted the man about cutting in front of him, when the man turned around and decked him.

The attacker has not been arrested.

The victim has a lot of bleeding on the brain.
