1 dead in Bridgeton, NJ shooting

BRIDGETON, N.J. (WPVI) -- Cumberland County authorities are investigating a fatal shooting in Bridgeton.

The shooting happened around 11:30 p.m. in the 300 block of Bank Street.

A man was struck several times and pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim's identity has not been released.

Police are searching for a suspect.

The incident remains under investigation by the Bridgeton Police and the Cumberland County Prosecutors Office.
