1 person killed in 3-vehicle crash in Gloucester County

WILLIAMSTOWN, N.J. -- Police say one person was killed in a three vehicle crash in Williamstown, New Jersey late Sunday night.

The crash occurred around 11:15 p.m. on Janvier Road near Nelson Drive.

Witnesses tell Action News that three vehicles were involved and they were speeding.

They say one car lost control and ended up in the woods and the other two cars left the scene.

One person was taken to hospital and later died from the injuries, authorities say.

Police have not yet released a description of the vehicles they are looking for.
