Thief caught on camera in Camden

CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police hope surveillance video will help them track down the man seen stealing items from a parked car in Camden.

It happened on December 28th on North 23rd Street.

The video shows the suspect opening the driver side door and pulling a wallet and cash out of the front console.

The man then dumps the empty wallet in the grass.
