Zuckerberg's post on daughter's vaccines draws praise and criticism

PALO ALTO, California (WPVI) -- Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his pediatrician wife are getting kudos - and some criticism - for their message on childhood vaccines.

Zuckerberg & wife Priscilla Chan posted a picture of daughter Maxima with the message "Doctor visit - time for vaccines."

The couple has come out publicly in favor of vaccines, and has campaigned globally to get life-saving vaccines to kids.

It is one of the missions of the Zuckerberg Chan Initiative LLC, which was created on their baby's birth.

Last year, one of the Facebook book club selections focused on the fear of vaccines some people have, despite the long life-saving record immunizations have.
