Smoke and flames damage Giant supermarket in Delaware County

ALDAN, Pa. (WPVI) -- A fire damaged the Giant supermarket in Aldan, Pennsylvania early Tuesday morning.

The fire broke out before 4:30 a.m. at the store in the 500 block of North Oak Avenue.

Firefighters were able to contain the flames to one aisle in the supermarket.

Ventilation of the building is underway due to the heavy smoke.
