Settlement Music school's "kaleidoscope" Pre-K program

QUEEN VILLAGE (WPVI) -- Philadelphia councilman Mark Squilla hosted a forum about affordable and accessible early education in the city.

There, Squilla also toured the Settlement Music school's "kaleidoscope" Pre-K program.

The program uses music, dance and art classes to develop children's reading, math and social skills.
