Surveillance video has been released in a drive-by shooting in Chester.

CHESTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- Chester police have released surveillance video in hopes of finding a drive-by shooting suspect.

The shooting happened just after 4:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 400 block of West 3rd Street.

The video shows someone drive up, lean out of a van, and open fire.

The victim, 29-year-old Jayron Shaw, was taken by ambulance to Crozer Chester Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Police are asking the public's help in identifying the vehicle seen in the video.
