Man wanted in sexual assault of woman in Pennypack Park

FAIRMOUNT PARK (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Special Victims Detectives are searching for a man they say bound and sexually assaulted a young woman.

The attack happened at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday on the 2800 block of Rhawn Street near Pennypack Park.

The 22-year-old victim says the man came up from behind, forced her into the woods, duct taped her mouth, cuffed her wrists and ankles and assaulted her.

He's described as being 250 to 300 pounds, having crooked front teeth and a heart tattoo with tribal symbols on his chest.
