FAIRMOUNT PARK (WPVI) -- There is good financial news for the Please Touch Museum of Philadelphia.
The beloved children's museum has emerged from bankruptcy after working out a plan with a federal judge.
The museum had been $60 million in debt because of renovations to its Fairmount Park location.
But a judge reduced that to $11 million and forgave the rest of the debt.
The new CEO calls it a great burden lifted.
