New on the market within the past week is this $1.19 million home in Montgomery County.

Called "Four Chimneys," the 6,042 square foot property sits on 1.48 acres on Sewell Lane in the Rydal community of Abington Twp.

The home dates back more than 100 years, and comes from a time when homes had names, not numbers!

"Every house on that street had its own name so the mailman could identify the home before it had any street numbers," realtor Frank Blumenthal explained.

Today, the property is located near Penn State Abington, SEPTA Regional Rail, and stores including Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.
