PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF THE ARTS

The Philadelphia International Festival of the Arts kicks off today, Friday April 8, with a grand opening exhibition tonight at 9 p.m. at Penn's Landing. The exhibit, called Article 13, uses sand, fire, and water to tell the story of immigration around the world. There will be a performance every night this weekend.
