The Neshaminy School Board voted Tuesday night to close two elementary schools to save money.

LANGHORNE, Pa. (WPVI) -- The Neshaminy School Board voted Tuesday night to close two elementary schools to save money.

In a special meeting at Maple Point Middle School in Langhorne, board members decided to close Oliver Heckman Elementary and Lower Southampton Elementary as part of a $54-million consolidation plan.

The decision won't be final until the Pennsylvania Department of Education signs off.
