Promoting universal pre-K initiative

OLNEY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney spent Monday morning visiting with Pre-K students in the city's Olney section.

He was at the CORA center at La Salle University to push his idea of universal pre-K.

That's one of the items that would benefit from his proposed sugary drink tax.

Representatives from the Within Reach Campaign, and the Philadelphia Federation of Teachers were there as well.
