Pedal power highlights recreational park

YORKLYN, Del. (WPVI) -- Exercise lovers have a cool new option for working out in Delaware Monday night.

Governor Jack Markell and other officials took a short ride to try out some new pedal-powered rail bikes offered by the parks and recreation department.

They're at the Center for Creative Arts in Yorklyn.

The site was reclaimed after removing toxic wastes and added flood protections.

More redevelopment is planned.
