There was a very special celebration in Penn's Landing Thursday afternoon

PENN'S LANDING (WPVI) -- There was a very special celebration in Penn's Landing Thursday afternoon.

This is the 16th annual Mayor's Centenarian's Celebration luncheon.

Among the group is 100 year old Russell Harvey, who still drives his car and has even had his license renewed through 2019.

109 year old Fannie Mae Ausby holds the distinction of the oldest woman in Philadelphia.

Dr. Eli Zebooker, at 103, is the oldest man in the city.

The world war 2 army vet is featured on the cover of the book, "If I Live to be 100"
