Two gay men, beaten in Center City, are now suing their attackers.

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- Two gay men, beaten in Center City, are now suing their attackers.

A group assaulted the men on Chancellor Street, back in 2014.

One of the men suffered a fractured jaw bone, the other had cuts and bruises.

Kevin Harrigan, Philip Williams, and Kathryn Knott are being sued for unspecified damages.

Harrigan and Williams pleaded guilty last year and received probation.

Knott is serving 5 to 10 months in jail.
