2 young men chased and shot in Kensington

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- Police are investigating a double shooting in Philadelphia's Kensington neighborhood.

The incident happened before 1:30 a.m. Tuesday on the 800 block of East Madison Street.

Police say an 18-year-old and a 23-year-old were chased and shot. The older victim was wounded in the back and the other in the knee.

Both are at Temple University Hospital in stable condition.

Authorities say at least six shots were fired.

Police are looking for one shooter, who they think was armed with a gun in each hand.

Several parked cars were also struck with bullets.

So far, no word on a motive.
