Jason Day, the world's top-tanked golfer, isn't going to the Rio Olympics because of the Zika virus.

MIAMI, Fla. (WPVI) -- Florida has its first case of microcephaly in a child born there.

The mother is a Haitian citizen who contracted the virus there, but came to Florida to give birth.

Meantime, Jason Day, the world's top-tanked golfer, isn't going to the Rio Olympics because of the Zika virus.

Day, an Australian, says he doesn't want to take the risk of birth defects for his future children.

Four other golfers have turned down the chance to play in the summer games.
