Roof tore off building by gusty winds

New video Friday morning shows wind peeling off the roof of a law office building in Eastern Oklahoma.

Fortunately, no one was hurt.

It happened as thunderstorms tore through Oklahoma and Arkansas Thursday, knocking out power to more than 15,000 people.
