Mother charged in death of daughter ordered to stay in jail

FALLS TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A 23-year-old mother from Bucks County has been ordered to stay behind bars until her homicide trial.

Only Action News was there Wednesday as Kayle Moore walked out of the courtroom in Fallsington.

Moore is accused of beating her toddler to death in April.

2-year-old Athena Wolfe died from being repeatedly kicked in the head and torso.

Police say Moore confessed to the crime.
