MULLICA HILL, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police have identified a 27-year-old man who was struck and killed in Mullica Hill, Gloucester County.
It happened around 6:50 a.m. Sunday at Mullica Hill Road and Zee Road.
Harrison Township police say the victim, identified as Jacob Dromgoole of Mantua, exited his vehicle, entered the westbound lane of Mullica Hill Road and was struck by a 2011 Hyundai Sonata.
Emergency crews arrived, along with a nurse who was passing by the accident. They attempted to revive Dromgoole, however, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the striking vehicle remained at the location.
Police say no charges are pending.
