VIDEO: Professor creates election themed haunted house display
Many voters have jokingly described this election season as scary, frightening and the stuff of nightmares.

Many voters have jokingly described this election season as scary, frightening and the stuff of nightmares.

So you might say that's what inspired one political science professor's haunted house.

Bob Warshauer is capitalizing on the fear of the two candidates at his Connecticut home with his politically themed Halloween display.

He says his goal is to get people thinking - and talking.

"I'm trying to get people to think. They don't have to think what I think, but they just have to think," said Warshauer.

You won't find ghosts, ghouls or zombies at this election house of horrors, but instead, Hillary Clinton chained to a donkey and Donald Trump screaming from the top of a border wall.
