Person struck and killed in Galloway Township

GALLOWAY TWP., N.J. (WPVI) -- Atlantic County officials are investigating a fatal accident in Galloway Township.

It happened around 8 p.m. Wednesday on East Jimmie Leeds Road near Bella Court.

Police say a person was struck and killed by a vehicle.

The driver of the striking vehicle stopped at the scene.
