Philadelphia protester calls voter fraud on behalf of Joel Embiid

PHILADELPHIA -- Sports and politics sometimes mix.
One sign during a demonstration in Center City Thursday had a different message than the rest.
Mark Stephens from Huntington Valley claimed voter fraud on Joel Embiid's behalf in his bid to be an All-Star starter.
The voting system changed this year as players and select media members joined fan voting.
Had it just been fan voting - Embiid would have been a starter.
