STRAWBERRY MANSION (WPVI) --Philadelphia police are trying to track down a pregnant teenager who stabbed another girl in Strawberry Mansion.
It happened shortly after 4 p.m. Tuesday on the 3100 block of Ridge Avenue.
Police say the 17-year-old victim and two other teenagers were assaulted by five to six girls.
The altercation spilled inside the Chinese and American Food Takeout Restaurant.
That's when, police say, one of the suspects, who is pregnant, pulled a knife and stabbed the victim in the left forearm.
"The suspect that was armed with the knife, she allegedly was pregnant, so we are hoping someone can recognize her. You typically don't see someone that is expecting a child to be conducting themselves like this," Philadelphia Police Lt. John Stanford said.

The suspects fled the area in an unknown direction.
The victim was transported to Hahnemann University Hospital where she was treated for her injuries and released.
"Looking at the video, I am surprised she wasn't hurt more severely and anyone else that was in that group. They are standing on top of each other and kicking each other and climbing on each other's back, so it is surprising no one else was injured as a result of this," Stanford said.
The store's owner wouldn't talk on camera, but tells Action News the victims were regulars who attended a nearby school. He says he didn't recognize the attackers.
The stabbing suspect is described as a black female, 15 to 16 years of age, light complexion, thin build, wearing a pink head wrap, green length coat, and carrying a blue purse.
At this point, police say they don't have a motive, but do feel the girls knew each other or had some type of history.
"I don't know if they are affiliated with any particular school in that neighborhood or they go to the same school, but that is something that investigators will look into and see if there is some type of link. They will work with school police and school officials to see if we can perhaps track down any of the individuals that way as well," Stanford said.
Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call police at 215-686-3093/3094.
