3 sought in Northern Liberties home invasion robbery

NORTHERN LIBERTIES (WPVI) -- Three suspects are being sought in connection with a home invasion robbery in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia.

It happened around 3:15 p.m. Tuesday along the 100 block of West Wildey Street.

Police say the suspects, all men, tied up the occupant and took a handgun, $5,000 in cash, two cell phones, and a wallet.

There is no word on why the house was targeted.

No injuries were reported.
