VIDEO: Florida police officer terrified of mouse

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WPVI) -- Police see a lot of gruesome things on the job, so they have to be prepared for anything.

But something really shook one officer to his core. It wasn't a gun-toting bandit, or a knife wielding criminal - but a mouse running across the floor.

It happened at a police station in Saint Petersburg, Florida.

The video shows the the terrified police officer running in fear right along with the little mouse.

When he gets to the corner, he turns back and peers back, looking for the mouse before realizing he's in the clear.
