SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) --Police say they've arrested the man who started a fire at the Famous 4th Street Deli in South Philadelphia.
Juan Barkley, 50, of the 1200 block of Ludlow Street, is also accused of starting two other fires in the city.
The fire at the deli happened in the early morning hours of February 12. The flames in the rear of the property resulted in structural damage to a brick wall.
Police say Barkley also started a fire on January 17 in the 800 block of Ranstead Street, which damaged an overhead facade, and a fire on January 27 in the 700 block of S. 5th Street which damaged a parked vehicle.
Barkley was arrested on Friday and charged with three counts of arson, risking a catastrophe, and related offenses.
