To protect and serve, and serve coffee

UPPER DARBY, Pa. (WPVI) -- In Upper Darby, it was a morning of hot coffee and good conversation.

Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood, and a few of his officers, visited with the some of the regulars at the Watkins Avenue Senior Center.

They were welcomed with open arms.

Officers saw how the seniors spend their day while the elders learned more about the work the officers are doing to serve the community.
