PALMYRA, N.J. -- Two accidents on New Jersey Transit's River Line sent two people to the hospital.

A man was hit by a train Saturday evening in Pennsauken.

It happened around 6 p.m. at the 36th Street Station.

The man was taken to Cooper Medical Center.

He was conscious at the time.

A second accident occurred around 9:30 p.m.

This time in Palmyra near Cinnaminson Avenue and West Broad Street.

The victim suffered a leg injury.

He was also taken to Cooper Medical Center.
