2-alarm fire at auto garage in Frankford

FRANKFORD (WPVI) -- Fire crews were called to battle a two alarm fire at an auto garage in Frankford.

It happened around 7:30 p.m. Friday in the 1600 block of Foulkrod Street.

Heavy flames were seen pouring from the one-story building.

A second alarm was struck soon after firefighters arrive.

The fire was brought under control within an hour. No injuries were reported.

No word on the cause of the fire.
