COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. (WPVI) -- Two suspects are wanted in connection with an overnight armed robbery of several students at Ursinus College.

The incident happened before 3 a.m. Wednesday in a dorm room on campus in Collegeville, Pa.

Police said two men, one armed with a gun, the other with a hammer, entered the room and robbed the students.

Carmen Fortino said he was asleep in his room when the door opened and one of the armed men told him to be quiet.

"I was too shocked to look around or anything, I wasn't going to do anything," said Fortino, who tells Action News nothing belonging to him was taken during the incident.

Friends of the other victims tell Action News an Xbox and other electronics were stolen.

Fortino said he didn't get a close look at the suspects because his room was pitch black, and the robbery only lasted a few minutes.

"It's still shocking, it's still setting in I guess," said Fortino. "It was just real quick, I mean, I didn't really realize what happened until like after it happened."

The victims immediately contacted school security and police responded.

The University had no comment for Action News, but students said they were alerted by email about an hour after the robbery.

Fortunately, none of the victims was injured.

"They just warned us about what went on yesterday, and they said keep your doors closed, keep your windows closed. They were just trying to make us secure," said Felix Thomas.

"I think everyone feels safe pretty much, but I think everyone feels it's pretty isolated," said John Paul Morreale.

Action News reached out to Collegeville police to see where the investigation stands but, so far, have not heard back.
