PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A Philadelphia Police officer is facing a long list of criminal charges for allegedly shooting at someone when he was off duty.

Forty-three-year-old Ross Scott turned himself in to authorities Thursday.

Investigators say Scott was riding his motorcycle in May of 2016 when a car cut in front of him, causing him to fall off his bike.

Police say Scott then got up and fired his weapon at the car.

No one was hurt but police have video from the incident.

Scott, a nine year veteran, is facing multiple counts of aggravated assault among other charges.
