Victim targeted by gunman in Kensington, Philadelphia Police say

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- We are learning more about what police are calling a targeted shooting in the Kensington section of Philadelphia.

Police tell Action News the victim, a 38-year-old man, was sitting in a van at Custer and Clearfield streets when a man on a bike rode up to him and opened fire.

The victim was hit once in the arm and leg.

He was taken to Episcopal Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

No arrests have been made.

Police say they are investigating whether nearby surveillance cameras captured the incident.
