Police have arrested a 25-year-old man they say helped a teenage boy kill a sixth-grade teacher in Lancaster.

LANCASTER, Pa. (WPVI) -- A teenage boy and a 25-year-old man are under arrest in connection with the killing of a teacher in Lancaster.

The 25-year-old, Thomas Moore, was charged Tuesday with homicide, burglary, conspiracy and other offenses in connection with the death of 32-year-old Nicole Mathewson.

16-year-old Marcus Anthony Rutter was charged Monday after Mathewson's body was found.

Police say the boy told them he and another person went to her home intending to steal items.

Police say the two "applied force" to Mathewson, who taught for seven years at Brownstown Elementary School.

She died from several traumatic injuries.

Moore was taken to police headquarters for processing.

Rutter is jailed without bond.
