5 men sought in armed robbery of Chestnut Hill bank

CHESTNUT HILL (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are investigating an armed robbery at a Chestnut Hill bank.

Police say five men announced a holdup inside the TD Bank on the 8600 block of Germantown Avenue just before 7:00 p.m. Tuesday.

They were all disguised in hoodies, sunglasses and hats.

At least one of the men was armed with a gun.

They got away with $7,000.

Everyone inside the bank escaped without injury.

Police are still looking for the five robbers.
