Arrest in deadly double shooting in Wilmington, Del.

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Wilmington police have made an arrest in the murder of a mother of two last month.

25-year-old Mateo Pinkston is charged with murder, assault and other offenses for the April 28 murder of Artise Brown.

Brown and another woman were shot as they were standing outside on 6th Street.

The other woman was injured, and survived her wounds.

Pinkston's bail has been set at $1.5 million.
