SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police say they've arrested the man who started a fire at the Famous 4th Street Deli in South Philadelphia.

The fire at the deli happened in the early morning hours of February 12. The flames in the rear of the property resulted in structural damage to a brick wall.

Barkley was arrested on Friday and charged with three counts of arson, risking a catastrophe, and related offenses.
