Body found along road in Newark, Delaware ID'd

NEWARK, Del. (WPVI) -- Authorities have identified the person whose body was found lying along Elkton Road in Newark, Delaware.

A person leaving a bank nearby spotted the body around 10 a.m. Friday.

Police say 44-year-old Kelvin Dottin of Newark, Delaware was struck by a vehicle.

They say the driver kept going.

The incident remains under investigation.
