Police ID teen who was found dead on Delaware walking trail
BEAR, Del. (WPVI) -- New Castle County Police have identified a 19-year-old man who was found dead on a walk trail in Bear, Delaware on Thursday.
A passerby made the discovery at 7:53 a.m. Thursday on a walking trail near a wooded area in the 200 block of Rickey Boulevard.
The victim has been identified as Brenton A. Mauk of Bear.
Police did not release any information as to how Mauk died. They did, however, say that based on evidence the death does not appear to be under suspicious circumstances.
The path is used frequently by residents to get from a neighborhood to the nearby Fox Run Shopping Center.
