Boy's tongue, cheek stuck on frozen school bus window

A mother in Ontario, Canada is looking for answers after her four-year-old son got his tongue and cheek stuck on a frozen window on his school bus.

The boy claims he was crying for help.

The mother says he was sitting behind the bus driver.

Teachers called her when the boy arrived to school.

The mother doesn't know how long he was stuck.

But, it was long enough to leave him with a swollen and bleeding tongue and lips.

The mom says the situation raises serious questions about how kids are supervised on the school bus.
