Burglar steals rental car from lot in Grays Ferry

GRAYS FERRY (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police are looking for a suspect who burglarized a rental car company in the city's Grays Ferry section.

It happened on October 7 around 8:30 p.m. at the All City Rental location on the 1300 block of Warfield Street.

Surveillance video from the scene shows an unknown male breaking into an office trailer on the property and searching for vehicle keys.

The suspect then use one rental vehicle to ram open a security gate before escaping in second vehicle.

A short time later the stolen rental vehicle was recovered around the 2500 block of South 58th Street.

Police describe the suspect as a light-skinned male of unknown race with short curly, black hair and a beard. He was wearing light colored clothing.
