Delware County man arrested in South Philadelphia hit-and-run

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Police have made an arrest in a hit-and-run in South Philadelphia that sent a 63-year-old woman to the hospital.

The Action Cam was at the intersection of South 9th Street and Oregon Avenue.

Police say the woman was crossing just before 12:30 a.m. Sunday when she was hit. The vehicle took off.

The victim was taken to Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in critical but stable condition.

Police arrested Joseph Fetko in Aston, Delaware County on Sunday.

The suspected striking vehicle was found off Convent Road, also in Aston.

Police continue to investigate.
