TRIPOLI, Pa. (WPVI) -- Federal agents from the USDA, along with Pennsylvania animal cruelty officers, raided a farm in Lehigh County on Friday.

They removed nearly 50 animals, including cats, kittens, dogs, puppies and several horses.

Authorities say they were tipped off to unsanitary conditions and animals in need of veterinary care at Hidden Hill Farms in New Tripoli.

Most of the rescued animals have been transferred to the SPCA in Philadelphia for care.
