Explosive fire destroys SUV on I-95 in Delaware County

RIDLEY TWP., Pa. -- Police say an explosive fire destroyed an SUV on Interstate-95 in Ridley Township, Pennsylvania early Friday morning.
Fierce flames erupted in the engine of the SUV around 2:30 a.m. near Stuart Avenue in the southbound lanes.
Firefighters arrived and put the blaze out.
There were no reports of any injuries.
The ramp from Stuart Avenue to northbound Interstate-95 is shut down.
Motorists should expect delays.
