A father and son along with a firefighter were hurt in an apartment blaze in Northeast Philadelphia late Friday night.

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A father and son along with a firefighter were hurt in an apartment blaze in Northeast Philadelphia late Friday night.

The fire broke out just after 11:00 p.m. at the Green Terrace Apartments on the 2200 block of Tremont Street.

Crews had to rescue a father and son from a second-floor balcony.

They both suffered smoke inhalation. A firefighter suffered minor burns to his legs.

All three were taken to Aria Frankford Hospital for treatment.

So far, there is no word on what sparked the blaze.
