CLAYMONT, Del. (WPVI) -- Fire has damaged the rental office and other units at the Harbor House Apartments in Claymont, Delaware.
The apartments are located on Harbor Drive in Claymont.
Firefighters arrived at 2 a.m. and got the fire under control.
No one was hurt, but smoke and water damage has forced 20 people from their homes.
The American Red Cross is assisting those residents.
It is the second fire at the complex in the last year.
A Pennsylvania man was charged with arson and murder after that blaze, which left one woman dead and dozens of residents homeless four days before Christmas.
