Fire damages townhome under construction in Marple Twp., Pa.

MARPLE TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Fast-moving flames damaged a townhouse under construction in Marple Township, Delaware County.

The fire broke out on Ravencliff Drive near Old State Road before 5 a.m. Friday

Firefighters evacuated neighboring homes as a precaution, because there are large propane heating tanks on the properties.

There were no immediate reports of injuries.
