Firefighter, civilian hurt in Trenton house fire

A firefighter and civilian were hurt in a house fire in Trenton, New Jersey.

TRENTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- A firefighter and civilian were hurt in a house fire in Trenton, New Jersey.

The fire started just before 10 p.m. Thursday in the unit block of Fairway Drive.

Crews reported fire showing from the home on arrival.

The fire was reportedly brought under control by 10:45 p.m.

One woman was rescued. She is being treated at Capital Health Medical Center Hopewell.

A firefighter is also being treated there for burns to the ear.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
